MIW2022 will be organized as a hybrid meeting,
combining an onsite meeting for delegates who can travel, with access online for those who cannot.
We are looking forward to having an onsite meeting in Brest.
However, due to the global situation,
we must ensure the safety of delegates travelling and meeting at the conference and consider the engaged catering costs.
Due to the unpredictable circumstances,
IFREMER may decide to cancel the on-site part of MIW2022 rather lately and turn the workshop into a fully virtual one.
In such case, attendees who acquired an on-site registration for the hybrid MIW2022
will be turned into a virtual registration for a purely virtual MIW2022.
Such attendees will get reimbursement for the difference in registration fees.
In this case, IFREMER will not be liable for any subsequent claims for any other reimbursements
(e.g. attendee's travel or accommodation costs).
