   Please find hotels shortlisted by the organiser offering rates for Conferences, bed & breakfast (unless otherwise stated in the description of the reserved establishment).

The rates below are guaranteed until July, 21st 2025. After this date, reservations will be made at the rates provided by the establishment and depending on the remaining availability. Single rooms are proposed for 1 person and double rooms for 2 persons. Any additional person not reserved will give rise to an extra charge to be paid directly to the hotel.
City tax is not included in the rates indicated and must be paid upon departure directly to the establishment. The amount of this tax is as follows (per person and per night). 

In addition, since January 1st, 2023, an additional regional tax will also have to be paid on site. 		 
     
   CANCELLATION POLICY :

- From 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival date = 50% of the cancelled stay is charged
- From 14 days to arrival date and no show = 100% of the stay is charged (General terms & conditions are available on the payment page)

  
     
   How to book step by step:

1. Select your arrival date and your departure date in the calendar (depending on the number of nights, the rate will be displayed for the entire stay)
2. Select your hotel from the list that appears below
3. Change the number of rooms if you want to make multiple reservations on the same dates and at the same hotel
4. Complete and verify the pre-recorded information then click on "Validate reservation". If you want to add reservation(s) with new dates of stay, modify the arrival/departure dates and select your hotel (then repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. After having chosen your hotel, click on "VALIDATE" before clicking on "NEXT" to validate your reservation and than "Next" at the top of the page
