Welcome to the platform for booking your accommodation for EPIC Annual General Meeting 2024.
To welcome you, allotments as well as rates have been negotiated in
hotels located mainly less than 15 min walk from the Antipolis
Convention Centre, in the heart of the city and a few meters from the
Mediterranean Sea.
Room availability is guaranteed until 15th, March 2024 inclusive. As of 16th, March
blocked rooms will be open to public marketing. To make your booking
request, select the "Book your Accommodation" tab and follow the
instructions.
Find in the "Destination" and "Access" tab all the useful information
for the organization of your stay: private transfers for your trips, how
to get to the Antipolis Convention Centre as well as a map allowing you
to locate all the hotels offered.
